We ship orders from both Germany and the United States. Upon placing your order, please allow us 1-2 days to process and dispatch it. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at support@wcstm.com.

Pickup service in Stuttgart, Germany is provided at no additional charge.

For deliveries outside of Europe, additional charges such as import duties, fees, and VAT may be imposed by the destination country. These charges, determined based on the country of manufacture/origin and goods classification, are levied once your package arrives in your country. Weather Complaints Society does not withhold these duties and taxes during checkout and cannot predict their exact amount. If your package incurs additional duties, it is your responsibility to cover these costs for customs clearance. For more information on your country's policies, please contact your local customs office.

 

Lost Packages: After your order is handed over to USPS, UPS, or DHL, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. Nevertheless, we will make every effort to support you in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.

RETURNS

Items purchased on weathercomplaintssociety.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item remains in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

 

Upon receiving your return, we will send an email to confirm its receipt. Following a comprehensive inspection, the refunded amount will be processed, deducting the return shipping cost, in accordance with your selected payment method.

 

For the protection of your items during transit, we recommend returning products in their original packaging. Furthermore, we advise sending returned goods via insured, traceable delivery for your security.

 

Please note that returns are not currently free, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover the return shipping costs for any item purchased with us. Additionally, be aware that we are not liable for items lost or damaged during transit, and we strongly recommend using recorded delivery for all returns.

 

Once your return is received, an email will be sent to confirm its receipt. After a thorough inspection, the refunded amount will be processed, minus the return shipping cost, in accordance with your selected payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing and the completion of the refund.
